1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 7–14 days of purchase or delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
Used, damaged, or installed items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built or specially ordered bicycles
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or installed parts
- Safety gear that has been worn (helmets, protective equipment)
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).
4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within [7] days of receiving your item.
